Get funding for your Game Development Studies!

You might be eligible for funding to study the Certificate III in IT (Game Development) at AIE Canberra. The ACT Department of Education and Training is funding this course to help meet the demand by local industry for these skills.

The Certificate III in IT (Game Development) is designed to introduce students to the many career opportunities available for programmers in games, interactivity and creative industries. Modules of study introduce students to games design, programming and development. This course of study gives participants an understanding of skills and techniques necessary to create fun, innovative games.

There are full-time and flexible opportunities to study this six month course which runs for 400 hours over 20 weeks. Student that complete this course can go onto the Certificate IV in IT and the Advanced Diploma of Professional Game Development. Due to the ACT Government funding, the course cost to eligible students is only $350.
