Part time Digital Compositing course enrolling now

AIE is pleased to announce the Certificate III in Screen (Digital Compositing) is on again in Semester 2 2007!

Starting on the 16th of July and running one evening per week (5:30pm to 9:30pm each Monday) for 18 weeks, this part time course is a great way to learn how to use the powerful Autodesk Combustion software package for post production and special FX on live action film.

Using AIE's state of the art Sony HD video camera, greenscreen filming area and powerful video editing suites students learn fundamental skills in foreground/background composition, compositing in a 3D workspace, render passes, special effects (fog, rain and blur), motion tracking, stabilising film footage, colour correction, greenscreen editing techniques and particle systems such as fire, rain, smoke and explosions.
