Certificate and Short Courses

Certificate II & III Courses

A Certificate II or a Certificate III with AIE can prove a great introduction to game programming or 3D animation. The courses are delivered regularly throughout the year and run in the evenings over several weeks or in an intensive format.

Game Programming Foundations

This Certificate II course teaches students how to program using C#. It's designed to introduce students to programming career opportunities in games, interactivity and creative industries.

 
Game Development Foundations

The Certificate III course will allow you to create 3D games using Unity 3D. Students will be introduced to C# and learn techniques for game development.

C++ Programming Foundations

This Certificate III course introduces the C++ programming language that is widely used in the games industry. A flexible course allowing students to study at their own pace and time.

Game Design Foundations

This Certificate III course will teach you how to develop a game from initial concept to playable demo using the Unity 3D game engine. 

 
3D Animation Foundations

This Certificate II course is designed to educate students on how to create 3D characters, worlds and movies.
