Women in Games Events

24-Oct-2011 This is the time of the year where AIE are hosting the WIG events for each campus.  So come along to the Women in Games annual "catch up" and rub shoulders with some inspirational women who work in the Game industry.

This is your chance to network with some remarkable women and find out how they succeeded in the interactive entertainment world.  Canberra and Sydney had their WIG events last month but for those who are keen to come, we've got Melbourne's one coming up!  At the Canberra WIG, a small group turned up and they got to play games and have fun for a couple of hours at the campus.  AT the Sydney WIG, a dozen of people rocked up at the AB Hotel in Glebe, had a few drinks, played games, discussed and debated some women issues raised in the games industry.  WIG is a great occasion to raise any concerns and learn how to be successful in the games world.

Melbourne- 21st November, venue (TBA) from 6 - 8pm

Finger food and refreshments will be provided, so make sure you RSVP on the following link http://www.womeningames.org.au/?page_id=124

Hope to see you there!
